1. Scope of Services

We provide pet-related services including but not limited to:

• Cat Taxi / Pet Transport
• Grooming
• Boarding
• Pet Sitting
• Other related services

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made via official channels.
Deposit or full payment may be required.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

For Cat Taxi:
Fare = Base Fare + Distance + Add-ons
Toll & parking charges are borne by customer.

3. Pet Health Disclosure

Pet owners must:

• Disclose accurate health conditions
• Inform us of aggressive behavior
• Ensure vaccination is up to date (for boarding)

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

4. Limitation of Liability

We will take reasonable care of all pets.
However, we shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing medical conditions
• Injuries caused by the pet's own behavior
• Traffic delays
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, accidents, etc.)

5. Independent Contractor Clause (Cat Taxi)

All cat taxi drivers are independent contractors appointed by the company.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cat Taxi:

• Cancellation less than 2 hours before pickup → 50% charge
• Driver arrived → Base fare non-refundable

Grooming / Boarding:

• Deposit forfeited for late cancellation
• No-show → No refund

7. Emergency Veterinary Care Clause

If a pet requires emergency medical attention during service, we may seek veterinary assistance at the owner's expense.

8. Photo & Media Consent

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers consent to photos or videos of pets being used for marketing purposes.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if:

• Service was not provided
• Error occurred on our part

All refund decisions are final.
