Labu & The Gang Pet Care Centre was built from a deeply personal journey.
Our story began during the COVID-19 period, when I did not have a stable job and was facing uncertainty like many others. From that challenging phase, an idea was born — to start a home-based pet care service driven by love, responsibility, and the belief that every pet deserves safe and respectful care.
In the early stages, everything was done manually. I managed bookings, schedules, customer updates, and communications on my own. There were many challenges, but I never stopped learning — continuously improving my knowledge and skills to provide better service for both pets and their owners.
As customer trust grew and demand increased, the business gradually expanded from a home setup to a physical shop. With that growth came a realization: to deliver more professional, consistent, and structured services, a proper system was necessary.
That was when we began developing our own service system, designed to improve booking efficiency, service tracking, customer communication, and overall service experience.
Beyond providing pet care services, I strongly believe that a business should also create opportunities for others. Through our Cat Taxi and Cat Sitting services, we offer flexible earning opportunities based on a digital gig-style model, where individuals can generate income according to their availability, supported by a structured system, monitoring process, and clear service standards.
This allows animal lovers to register as riders or pet sitters under our platform, creating a more organized, safe, and professional ecosystem within the cat care industry.

When I first started Labu & The Gang Pet Care Centre, I had very little — just an idea, a deep love for cats, and the determination to build something meaningful.
The journey began during a challenging period in my life, when uncertainty pushed me to find a new path. What started as a small, home-based service managed manually has now grown into a structured and system-driven pet care centre. Every step of this journey has been built through learning, resilience, and the trust of customers who believed in me.
To me, this business is not just about providing services. It is a responsibility. When a customer entrusts us with their cat, they are entrusting a part of their family. That trust is something I hold very seriously.
We also provide opportunities for people who want to earn an income through our Cat Taxi and Cat Sitting services, while becoming part of a professional and supportive community of animal lovers.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to my family, who have never stopped giving their support, encouragement, and prayers. Without them, this journey would not have been possible.

This note is also dedicated to my late Labu. I will continue to care for every cat that is with me and comes to our centre with the same love and appreciation I had for Labu. Losing Labu taught me the true meaning of responsibility, love, and valuing every feline life I encounter.
